How we handle information submitted through ovoobeauty.com.

This policy explains what Real Select LLC ("we", "us") does with personal information when you use ovoobeauty.com (the "site"). It is written to describe what this site actually does — not a generic template.
1. The short version
This site is a brochure. It has no shopping cart, no user accounts and no login. The only way it collects personal information is if you choose to fill in the wholesale inquiry form. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the inquiry form on our wholesale page, we receive:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your message (required)
- Company or salon name, phone number, country or region, estimated quantity, inquiry type and shade of interest (all optional)
The form submission also records the IP address it was sent from and the date and time, which we use only to identify and block spam.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — as part of operating and securing the server. This is normal web hosting behavior and applies to every website.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There is nothing to opt into or out of.

When you click through to Amazon, you leave this site. Anything that happens after that — including payment, shipping and returns — is governed by Amazon's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
4. Why we can use your information
We use inquiry form data for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to correspond with you about supplying our products. That is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us about doing business. We do not add inquirers to a marketing list.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as the business relationship or conversation is live, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Server logs are retained according to our host's standard retention period. If you would like your inquiry deleted sooner, just ask.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Inquiries are then delivered by email. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information — payment card details, identity documents, passwords — through the inquiry form. We will never ask you for them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email info@ovoobeauty.com and we will respond.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, so there is nothing for you to opt out of in that respect.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
Our site and email are operated from servers that may be located outside your country. By submitting the inquiry form, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in those locations.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Meaningful changes will be described here rather than slipped in silently.
